Our rates are competitive for professional nannies in the London market. They range from £18 – £20 per hour.  All nannies have been vetted, and have had dbs background checks. 

Of course you can! We usually prepare a short video for the parent to cut down on back and forth so the parent can get a sense of communication skills. If this first video sample is cleared by you, the parent, then we can arrange that the nanny come by and meet you and the children.  We are even open to changing the nanny out later if there are scheduling or personality conflicts. 

Generally, the nanny can handle taking the child to the hospital if necessary and you are not available for whatever reason.  Most parents prefer that they are involved bringing the child to the hospital, but if this is not an option, the childcare minder is trained and able to do this.

We offer and sometimes require additional training sessions on child development, safeguarding, and special needs care to ensure our nannies are well-prepared for a variety of situations. We conduct comprehensive interviews that include scenario-based questions to evaluate the candidates’ problem-solving and emergency response skills. Nannies are typically placed with families on a temporary basis initially. This allows both the nanny and the family to assess compatibility and performance under real conditions. We maintain open lines of communication with both families and nannies to receive ongoing feedback. Regular performance reviews help address any concerns and reinforce good practices. With enough time, we can easily replace your nanny with another worker. We can’t guarantee a replacement, but usually with enough time we can find someone to help out. We generally recommend our parents have some type of backup on their own, either friends of the family, or someone that they know and trust to step in. Generally, our nannies can give  you enough time to prepare.
